Newell Orfei,
Owner & Executive Chef
Newell is a self-trained chef with roots in Calgary, Alberta. His culinary journey began at the age of 15, inspired by his Indo-Trinidadian and Italian heritage.
With diverse experience in prestigious restaurants and catering companies, Newell’s most recent role as a private chef has honed his ability to deliver exceptional, personalized culinary experiences.

Camilla Sherret,
Owner & Creative Director
Camilla, a native Calgarian, has over 25 years of diverse experience in the food industry. Her culinary education from The Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan laid the foundation for her career. Camilla has worked as a personal chef, caterer, and in restaurants across Calgary, New York, Washington D.C., and Banff, serving notable clients such as The New York Yankees, Lenny Kravitz, and Ralph Lauren.

Originally from the South of England, Carla relocated to Calgary in 2005 and quickly found her calling in the food and beverage industry. Over the past two decades, she has built a career rooted in exceptional service, leadership, and a love for creating memorable guest experiences.
